Return/Refund Policy

At PennieMurray, LLC, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If you’re unhappy with a product or service, please email us at info@penniemurray.com, and we’ll collaborate with you to reach an equitable solution. 

Our return/replacement/refund request policy only lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a replacement or accept returns for a refund. Please be informed that placing an order means that you accept all the terms as follows:

Physical Products:

Due to hygiene reasons, you can return any physical item purchased from us within 15 days of receiving it, provided the product is in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

We do not exchange or issue full refunds unless you experience a significant issue. This includes, but is not limited to, the following issues:

• Significantly defective, different from the description or view seen on our site;

• Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier;

• Not what you ordered

 

PLEASE NOTE: With other cases (not mentioned above), we only offer a partial refund (excluding shipping fee). In addition... 

• We DO NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any sale or promotional products purchased.

• We typically DO NOT offer refunds or replacements due to customer mistakes such as:

  • Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.

  • Failing to review the desired item carefully to ensure it suits your expectations.
    So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure it is correct.

 

Please allow for a 15 – 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you receive, as often advertised images may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display color.

 

How to Initiate a Return or Refund:

We strive to ensure the quality of your purchase, but we recognize that no process is flawless. To begin a return or refund process, please email us at info@penniemurray.com and include the following details about the product or service. We will guide you through the return process and address your concerns promptly. Please make sure to include the following information in your email:

• Order number

• Video/ photo of the defective product

  • If your claim concerns a printing error, please include photographs of the error. 

  • If some of your items are missing, please provide us an image of the received package’s cover, including the detailed shipping label, so we can forward it to our production department to investigate the problem.

• Full delivery address

• Contact telephone number

 

Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item. If your item is eligible, we will resend the product at no additional cost. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the total cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).

Digital Products and Services:

Due to the nature of digital downloads, these products are non-refundable once delivered. For services such as workshops, coaching, or wellness sessions, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund or exchange for a service, please contact us with details regarding your experience, and we will strive to address your concerns.

International Shipping:
Currently, we don’t offer international shipping, but we plan to expand our delivery services soon.
